Moto Tab G20 is much better than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet, getting a 66.3 score against 54. Both tablets we compare here work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto Tab G20 has the newer 11 version and Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet has Android 3.1 version, giving you some additional features and increased performance. Moto Tab G20's body is way lighter and way thinner than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet.
The Motorola Moto Tab G20 counts with a much more powerful processing unit than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet, because it has more RAM and a higher number of cores.
