Xperia Tablet S has a general score of 58.9, which is slightly better than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet's 54 overall score. Xperia Tablet S's construction is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia Tablet S has a newer 4.1.1 version while Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet has Android 3.1, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features.
Sony Xperia Tablet S has a superior processor than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Sony Xperia Tablet S also has a graphics co-processor and a higher number of cores. The Xperia Tablet S counts with just a bit better looking display than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Xperia Tablet S also counts with a little bit higher display pixel density.
The Xperia Tablet S features a much better memory for games and applications than Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet. They have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity. Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet takes clearer pictures and videos than Sony Xperia Tablet S, although it has a back facing camera with a lot lower 5 mega pixels resolution.
Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet counts with a way better battery duration than Xperia Tablet S.
