Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a general score of 58.1, which is a bit better than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 10-inch's 56.1 global score. Although Galaxy Tab 8.9 is way older than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 10-inch, it's design is a little bit thinner and much lighter. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 8.9 has older 3.0 version while Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 10-inch has Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 features a brighter display than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 10-inch, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 also counts with a little bit higher display pixel density. Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 10-inch features just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a larger number of faster cores.
Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 10-inch captures slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a back facing camera with a much better resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with a greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 10-inch, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.
The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 10-inch has a much longer battery life than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a 40% larger battery size.
