Even being the best in this review, the Apple iPad Pro is an a bit heavier and a lot thicker tablet than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro. The Apple iPad Pro counts with iOS 9.x OS, and Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro works with Android 5.1 OS.
The Apple iPad Pro has a little bit better performance than Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro, and although they both have a Single-Core processing unit, the Apple iPad Pro also has more RAM memory. The Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro has a little sharper display than Apple iPad Pro, because although it has a little worse resolution of 2560 x 1600px and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the display.
