Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has a general score of 60.4, which is a bit better than Acer Iconia W510's 57.5 general score. Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has Android 4.4 OS, while Acer Iconia W510 counts with Windows 8 OS. Even though the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ is just a little bit heavier than Acer Iconia W510, it's way thinner and newer.
