Comparison review
The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ is a bit better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, getting a 60.4 score against 57.6. Both tablets we are comparing here use Android operating system, but Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ has 4.4 version while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ is a much older and noticeably heavier tablet than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, but Lenovo was able to make it incredibly thinner anyway.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a screen that is very similar to the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ one, because although the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a much smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1200 x 1920px, it also counts with a better pixel density. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a bit better CPU than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, because it has a higher number of cores (but slower) and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD shoots way better pictures and videos than Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+. Both of them have the same resolution back-facing camera. The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ counts with more memory to store more apps and games than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ features a really longer battery lifetime than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has 9000mAh of battery capacity against 5100mAh.
Although Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 HD+, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, resigning a couple features and specifications.
