Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a score of 66.9, which is slightly better than Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Android)'s 61.4 global score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 comes with Windows 10 OS, and Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Android) has Android 4.4 OS. Although it's the best tablet in this comparison review, Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is a notably heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than the Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Android).
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Android), because although it has an inferior number of cores and a 32-bits processing unit against 64-bits, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM. The Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Android) has a slightly better looking display than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1200 x 1920, a quite smaller display and a bit inferior pixels number per display inch.
Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Android) counts with a better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 7. Both of them have a back-facing camera with an 8 MP resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a much greater storage for apps and games than Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Android), because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.

So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 7, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Android), resigning a couple features and specifications.
