Microsoft Surface 3 is just a bit better than the Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Windows), with a overall score of 66.3 against 62.3. Microsoft Surface 3 is a a little bit lighter but thicker tablet than Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Windows). The Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Windows) has a little faster CPU than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Windows) also counts with a 64-bit processing unit.
Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Windows) counts with a more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface 3, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1200 x 1920 and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch.
