Microsoft Surface Go is slightly better than the Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Windows), with a score of 66.5 against 62.3. The Microsoft Surface Go is a thicker but lighter device than the Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Windows). Both of these tablets have Windows OS (operating system), but Microsoft Surface Go has a more recent 10 version and Lenovo YOGA Tablet 2 10-inch (Windows) has Windows 8.1 version, so it gives a lot of extra features.
