Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a general score of 64.9, which is much better than the LG G Pad 10.1's 58.4 general score. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has the newer 5.1 Lollipop version while LG G Pad 10.1 has Android 5.0 version. Galaxy Tab E 8.0's body has the same thickness than the LG G Pad 10.1, but it is much lighter.

LG G Pad 10.1 counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a little lower amount of pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280px, the LG G Pad 10.1 also counts with a bigger screen. The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a way bigger storage for applications and games than LG G Pad 10.1. They have the same 16 GB internal memory capacity.

The LG G Pad 10.1 counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has 512 MB less RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the LG G Pad 10.1 also counts with a graphics co-processor. LG G Pad 10.1 counts with a way better battery performance than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has an 8000mAh battery size against 5000mAh.

Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a greater camera than LG G Pad 10.1. Both have a same resolution camera in the back.
