The Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a much better screen than LG G Pad 10.1, because it has a little larger screen, a way higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a better display pixels density. Sony Vaio Tap 11 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G Pad 10.1, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage capacity.

LG G Pad 10.1 has just a little better performance than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores (although they are slower) and an extra graphics processing unit. LG G Pad 10.1 features a way better battery duration than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because it has a 111 percent bigger battery capacity.

Although Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G Pad 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G Pad 10.1. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Sony Vaio Tap 11, else you can save some dollars and buy the LG G Pad 10.1, letting go a couple specifications.
