Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but the Lenovo Moto Tab has newer 7.1 Nougat version and LG G Pad 7.0 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides a couple additional features.

The Lenovo Moto Tab counts with a little better performance than LG G Pad 7.0, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and 1 GB more RAM. LG G Pad 7.0 features a bit more vivid screen than Lenovo Moto Tab, although it has a way worse resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, a little lower pixels density and a really smaller display.

Lenovo Moto Tab has much more memory for apps and games than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has 32 GB internal storage capacity. The Lenovo Moto Tab has a really longer battery life than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has a 7000mAh battery size. Lenovo Moto Tab captures a lot better pictures and videos than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has a much more mega-pixels camera.

Although Lenovo Moto Tab is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G Pad 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G Pad 7.0. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Lenovo Moto Tab, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G Pad 7.0, giving up some specifications.
