The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a general score of 74.5, which is way better than the LG G Pad 7.0's 56.6 score. These tablets have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while LG G Pad 7.0 has Android 5.0, giving a couple additional features and performance enhancements. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is a noticeably thinner but a lot heavier tablet than LG G Pad 7.0.

LG G Pad 7.0 has a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 10.5, although it has a way worse resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and a way smaller display, they both have a better pixel number per display inch. Galaxy Tab A 10.5 counts with just a little better processing power than LG G Pad 7.0, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores and 2 GB more RAM memory.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a way bigger memory to install games and applications than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has 16 GB more internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features a way better battery lifetime than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has an 83 percent greater battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 shoots way better photographs and videos than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has a much better resolution camera.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G Pad 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G Pad 7.0. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy LG G Pad 7.0, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
