Galaxy Tab A (2016) is just a bit better than LG G Pad 7.0, with a score of 60.4 against 56.6. Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s construction is somewhat thinner and just a little lighter than LG G Pad 7.0. These tablets come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A (2016) has the newer 5.1 Lollipop version and LG G Pad 7.0 has Android 5.0 version.

The LG G Pad 7.0 has a bit sharper display than Galaxy Tab A (2016). They have the same quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, an equal 1280 x 800 resolution and a screen with the same size. The LG G Pad 7.0 counts with a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has 512 MB less RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the LG G Pad 7.0 also counts with an additional graphics processor.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) features a much better camera than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has a camera with a much higher 5 mega pixels resolution. The Galaxy Tab A (2016) counts with a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than LG G Pad 7.0, although it has less internal memory capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) features a battery lifetime that's just as good as the LG G Pad 7.0 one.

Although Galaxy Tab A (2016) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G Pad 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G Pad 7.0. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get LG G Pad 7.0, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
