Comparison review

The Sony Tablet S is a little bit better than the LG G Pad 7.0, with a global score of 57.5 against 56.6. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Sony Tablet S has the older 4.0 version and LG G Pad 7.0 has Android 5.0. The Sony Tablet S design has the same thickness than LG G Pad 7.0, but it's a lot heavier.

LG G Pad 7.0 counts with a bit better screen than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the LG G Pad 7.0 also counts with a higher count of pixels per inch of screen. The Sony Tablet S has a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has 32 GB internal storage capacity.

The LG G Pad 7.0 has a little better hardware performance than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the LG G Pad 7.0 also has 2 more processing cores and an additional graphics co-processor. The Sony Tablet S takes much better photographs and videos than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has a back facing camera with much more megapixels.

Sony Tablet S features better battery duration than LG G Pad 7.0, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

Although Sony Tablet S is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G Pad 7.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G Pad 7.0. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get LG G Pad 7.0, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
