These tablets include Android OS, but Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro has the newer 13 version while LG G Pad 7.0 has Android 5.0 version. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro is a much thinner but noticeably heavier tablet than LG G Pad 7.0.
