Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Lenovo Moto Tab has a newer 7.1 Nougat version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0, so it provides you some additional features. Lenovo Moto Tab's body is a lot heavier but way thinner than the LG G Pad 8.0.

LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a little sharper screen than Lenovo Moto Tab, although it has a little lower pixels density, a much smaller screen and a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The Lenovo Moto Tab has just a bit better hardware performance than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.

The Lenovo Moto Tab captures much clearer pictures and videos than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Lenovo Moto Tab also has a way more mega-pixels camera in the back. Lenovo Moto Tab counts with much more memory to install applications and games than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB and 16 GB more internal memory capacity.

Although Lenovo Moto Tab is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G Pad 8.0. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the LG G Pad 8.0, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
