Comparison review

The LG G Pad III 8.0 is a bit better than LG G Pad 8.0, with a 64.3 score against 58.6. LG G Pad III 8.0's design is much thinner and a bit lighter than LG G Pad 8.0. These tablets come with Android operating system, but LG G Pad III 8.0 has 7.0 Nougat version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0, providing some nice extra features and performance tweaks.

The LG G Pad III 8.0 features a bit more powerful processing unit than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM. LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a little sharper screen than LG G Pad III 8.0, although it has a way worse resolution of 1280 x 800 and a way worse display density, they both have a screen with the same size.

The LG G Pad III 8.0 and LG G Pad 8.0 have quite similar cameras, both of them have the same 1920x1080 video definition, the same video frame rate and the same resolution camera. LG G Pad III 8.0 has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G Pad III 8.0 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB.

LG G Pad III 8.0 features a bit better battery lifetime than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has 4800mAh of battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.
