Comparison review
Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is much better than LG G Pad 8.0's score of 58.6. The Microsoft Surface 3 is a noticeably heavier but somewhat thinner tablet than the LG G Pad 8.0. The Microsoft Surface 3 has a bit better performance than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface 3 also counts with more RAM.
The LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a slightly better looking display than Microsoft Surface 3, although it has a way worse 1280 x 800 resolution, a just a bit worse amount of pixels per inch of display and a really smaller display. Microsoft Surface 3 has a lot bigger storage to install games and applications than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal memory capacity.
The LG G Pad 8.0 has a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface 3. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit better camera than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has a way more mega-pixels camera in the back.
Although Microsoft Surface 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G Pad 8.0. If you want to save some money, you can get LG G Pad 8.0, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your savings.
