The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a score of 82.4, which is way better than LG G Pad 8.0's overall score of 58.6. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a thinner but incredibly heavier tablet than the LG G Pad 8.0. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with Windows 10 Pro OS, while LG G Pad 8.0 comes with Android 5.0 OS.

LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a little sharper display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), although it has a much lower pixel density, a much lower resolution of 1280 x 800px and a really smaller screen. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with just a little better performance than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has an inferior number of cores and doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 984 GB more internal storage capacity. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has just a bit better camera than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) also has a back facing camera with a lot better resolution.

LG G Pad 8.0 has a much longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).

Although Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G Pad 8.0. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), otherwise you can save some money and get the LG G Pad 8.0, letting go a couple features and specs.
