Galaxy Note 10.1 is better than the LG G Pad 8.0, having a 66.3 score against 58.6. The Galaxy Note 10.1 design is thinner but heavier than the LG G Pad 8.0. These devices use Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 10.1 has the older 4.4 version and LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0 version. The LG G Pad 8.0 features a better looking display than Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1280 x 800, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with a higher quantity of pixels per inch of screen.

The LG G Pad 8.0 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with a graphics processing unit. LG G Pad 8.0 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has a lot higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.

Galaxy Note 10.1 features a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with more internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 features a really longer battery life than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a 67 percent bigger battery size.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G Pad 8.0. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy Note 10.1, else you can save some money and buy the LG G Pad 8.0, letting go a couple specifications.
