Comparison review

Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has an overall score of 63, which is slightly better than LG G Pad 8.0's overall score of 58.6. Both tablets in this comparison have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has an older 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE design is thinner but noticeably heavier than the LG G Pad 8.0.

LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a really smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with a higher pixels density. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features as much storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the LG G Pad 8.0 one, both of them have equal 16 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 64 GB.

LG G Pad 8.0 features a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with a graphics processor. The LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a really longer battery performance than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

The LG G Pad 8.0 and the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE feature quite similar cameras, both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality, the same video frame rates and the same resolution back camera.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G Pad 8.0. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the LG G Pad 8.0, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
