Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is slightly better than LG G Pad 8.0, having a overall score of 62.5 against 58.6. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a somewhat thinner but a lot heavier tablet than the LG G Pad 8.0. These tablets work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has older 3.1 version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0 version.

The LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1280 x 800px, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with a greater amount of pixels per inch of display. The LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has a greater number of cores (and faster) and a graphics co-processor.

LG G Pad 8.0 features just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a much more MP back camera and a lot better (Full HD) video definition. The LG G Pad 8.0 has just a bit bigger memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has just 16 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 64 GB.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE counts with a very superior battery life than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has a 6800mAh battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G Pad 8.0. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the LG G Pad 8.0, giving up some specifications.
