Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a score of 65.9, which is much better than LG G Pad 8.0's 58.6 global score. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has the older 4.2 version and LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is a noticeably thinner but a lot heavier device than the LG G Pad 8.0.
The LG G Pad 8.0 has a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has a graphics processing unit and a greater number of cores. The LG G Pad 8.0 features a brighter display than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a really smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1280 x 800px resolution, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with a greater pixels quantity in each screen inch.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch takes just a bit better photos and videos than LG G Pad 8.0, although it has a way worse 3 MP resolution camera and a much lower (HD) video definition. Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a much greater memory to install games and applications than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB, the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch also has 32 GB internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch features a way better battery lifetime than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G Pad 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G Pad 8.0. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the LG G Pad 8.0, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
