Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a score of 65.6, which is much better than the LG G Pad 8.0's general score of 58.6. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 construction is lighter and thinner than the LG G Pad 8.0. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has the older 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0.

LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with a graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with a bit sharper display than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also counts with a quite better count of pixels in each screen inch.

The LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 64 GB, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has 16 GB internal storage. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is way more expensive than LG G Pad 8.0, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
