Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has an overall score of 76.7, which is a lot better than LG G Pad 8.0's 58.6 score. Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is a incredibly thinner but way heavier portable tablet than the LG G Pad 8.0. Both tablets in this review come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has newer 11 version while LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) counts with a bit faster CPU than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with more CPU cores and 2 GB more RAM memory. LG G Pad 8.0 features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), although it has a just a little less pixels per inch in the display, a way lower resolution of 1280 x 800px and a lot smaller display.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a very superior camera than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) also has a way more mega pixels camera. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) has a much better storage capacity for applications and games than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019) is way more expensive than the LG G Pad 8.0, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
