LG G Pad 8.0 has an overall score of 58.6, which is just a bit better than the Sony Tablet S's 57.5 overall score. Both tablets in this comparison work with Android operating system, but the LG G Pad 8.0 has the newer 5.0 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version, providing a lot of extra features. LG G Pad 8.0 is a incredibly lighter and just a little bit thinner portable tablet than the Sony Tablet S.

LG G Pad 8.0 counts with just a bit better processing power than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has an extra GPU and a larger number of cores.
