Apple iPad 4 has a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than LG G Pad 8.3, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage.
LG G Pad 8.3 features a little bit better performance than iPad 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with 2 more processing cores and a higher amount of RAM. LG G Pad 8.3 features a way better battery duration than Apple iPad 4. The iPad 4 takes clearer photos and videos than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same video definition and a same resolution camera, the iPad 4 also has a bigger aperture.
Although Apple iPad 4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G Pad 8.3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G Pad 8.3. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Apple iPad 4, otherwise you can save some money and buy the LG G Pad 8.3, resigning some features and specifications.
