The LG G Pad 8.3 body is newer, a bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but LG G Pad 8.3 has newer 4.4 version while Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has Android 4.1.2 version, so it gives a couple additional features and improved performance.

The LG G Pad 8.3 captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has a lot better video definition and a back facing camera with a lot better resolution. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also has 32 GB internal storage.
The LG G Pad 8.3 has just a little bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
