Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is much better than LG G Pad F 8.0, having a global score of 66.2 against 58.2. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has the previous 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad F 8.0 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version. The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 is an older tablet than LG G Pad F 8.0, but Samsung could make it somewhat thinner and a little lighter anyway.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features a brighter screen than LG G Pad F 8.0. Both have a display of the same size, the same screen pixel density and the same exact resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 has a bit faster CPU than LG G Pad F 8.0, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 also has a graphics co-processor and 512 MB more RAM.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than LG G Pad F 8.0, although it has a way lower 1280x720 video definition and a way less mega-pixels back camera. The LG G Pad F 8.0 counts with a slightly bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage, the LG G Pad F 8.0 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 128 GB.

The Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 features just a little bit longer battery duration than LG G Pad F 8.0, because it has a 6 percent bigger battery capacity.
