Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a general score of 63.8, which is a bit better than the LG G Pad F2 8.0's 62.7 general score. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has an older 13 version and LG G Pad F2 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
