LG G Pad F2 8.0 Review

Score: 7.85

LG G Pad F2 8.0 is an impressive tablet launched back in the year 2017, coming with an exceptional 1500 megahertz Octa-Core CPU, a pretty large 8" screen, and 2 cameras, a 5 megapixels back facing camera and a 5 MP front side camera. Let's take a closer view of what this tablet offers to us.

This tablet is thin and practical, with a thickness of just 0.31 inches. The LG G Pad F2 8.0 only has 8.5" long, but it is able to fit a a 8 inches screen. The LG G Pad F2 8.0 is available just in 16 777 216 color. LG appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 12.35 oz tablet.

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 has a good 8-inches display with a 800 x 1280 resolution, making everything look nice.

LG sells this tablet with a MediaTek MT6750 chip, which holds a very powerful Octa-Core CPU running at 1.5 gigahertz and a huge 2 GB of RAM. A good advantage of the LG G Pad F2 8.0 is its quite big 16 GB internal memory and an external memory slot, which allows the user to install hundreds of games and apps without worrying about space.

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 is equipped with two cameras, a 5 megapixels back-facing camera and a 5 MP front facing camera. It is capable of shooting videos up to 1920x1080 (Full HD).

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 provides WiFi capability (and it can share it with other devices acting as a modem or router) and LTE 4G high performance internet connection. This tablet doesn't have a SIM card, because it doesn't work with GSM connections.

This tablet also includes some nice features such as Bluetooth (provides communication with other devices, computers, and accessories) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and a few sensors likeLight Sensor and Accelerometer.

The LG G Pad F2 8.0 features a great 3000 mAh Li - Polymer non-replaceable battery, which is quite low for a highly consuming tablet like this. A big issue to evaluate is that this device's battery is non-replaceable so you can't change it when it starts to last shorter, having to replace the whole tablet device or maybe take it to someone who can dismantle the tablet device and change its battery.

LG sells the LG G Pad F2 8.0 for 150 dollars, which is not a very good offer for a tablet device this level. The LG G Pad F2 8.0 is definitely the correct choice for you no matter whether you are a photography fan, want a device for work, will use it mainly for social networks or are looking for a tablet to play tons of games.
