The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is slightly better than LG G Pad F2 8.0, having a score of 65.6 against 62.7. These tablets come with Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has older 4.4.2 version while LG G Pad F2 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
