The Xperia Tablet Z is slightly better than the LG G Pad F2 8.0, getting a global score of 68.5 against 62.7. The Xperia Tablet Z captures a bit better videos and photos than LG G Pad F2 8.0, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Xperia Tablet Z also has a much better resolution camera.
The Xperia Tablet Z features a much longer battery performance than LG G Pad F2 8.0, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Xperia Tablet Z is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G Pad F2 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G Pad F2 8.0. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Xperia Tablet Z, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G Pad F2 8.0, letting go some features and specs.
