LG G Pad II 10.1 is a little bit better than the iPod Touch 5th Generation, getting a score of 67.4 against 62.7. LG G Pad II 10.1 comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, and iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with iOS 7.x OS. LG G Pad II 10.1's design is a lot newer than iPod Touch 5th Generation's, although it's much heavier and notably thicker.
