LG G Pad II 10.1 is a bit better than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, with a 67.4 score against 62.7. LG G Pad II 10.1 is a newer device, and it's also somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than the Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but LG G Pad II 10.1 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has Android 4.0 version, so it gives some additional features.

Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD has a little more vivid display than LG G Pad II 10.1. They have the same display pixel density, the same exact 1200 x 1920 resolution and a display with the same size. LG G Pad II 10.1 features a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD, because although it has just 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
