The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is much better than the LG G Pad II 10.1, having a 75.8 score against 67.4. Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a heavier tablet than the LG G Pad II 10.1, but both of them are 0.31inches thick.
