Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is a bit better than LG G Pad II 8.0, with a general score of 60.8 against 58.3. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has older 4.2.2 version while LG G Pad II 8.0 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 body has the same thickness than LG G Pad II 8.0, but it is somewhat lighter.

Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features a superior processor than LG G Pad II 8.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also has an additional graphics co-processor and a larger amount of RAM memory.
