Comparison review

The Google Nexus 7 is slightly better than the LG G Pad II 8.0, getting a overall score of 59.3 against 58.3. These tablets have Android operating system, but the Google Nexus 7 has a more recent 5.1 version and LG G Pad II 8.0 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version. The Google Nexus 7 is an extremely older and somewhat thicker portable tablet than the LG G Pad II 8.0, but Google made it just a bit lighter anyway.

The Google Nexus 7 has a little faster CPU than LG G Pad II 8.0, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 4 cpu cores, the Google Nexus 7 also counts with a GPU.
