Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has an overall score of 75.8, which is much better than LG G Pad X 10.1's general score of 67.4. Although it's the best tablet in this comparison review, it must be noted that it's also a lot older, a bit thicker and heavier. Both tablets in this comparison review include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has older 4.4.2 version while LG G Pad X 10.1 has Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has a bit more powerful processing unit than LG G Pad X 10.1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also has an additional graphics processor and a higher amount of RAM. The Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) features a way better looking display than LG G Pad X 10.1, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) also has a higher display pixels density and a higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.

Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than LG G Pad X 10.1. They have the same video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a camera with an 8 mega pixels. The LG G Pad X 10.1 features a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014), and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the LG G Pad X 10.1 also has a SD card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
