Galaxy Note 8.0 is a bit better than LG G Pad X 10.1, getting a overall score of 69.2 against 67.4. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android OS, but Galaxy Note 8.0 has an older 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad X 10.1 has Android 5.1 Lollipop. The Galaxy Note 8.0 is a incredibly older and just a little bit thicker device than the LG G Pad X 10.1, but Samsung was able to make it a lot lighter anyway.

Galaxy Note 8.0 has just a little better processing power than LG G Pad X 10.1, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM memory and a Quad-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note 8.0 also has an extra graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 features a little more vivid screen than LG G Pad X 10.1, although it has a way smaller display, a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280 and a little worse display pixels density.

The LG G Pad X 10.1 features a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has 16 GB more internal memory and an external memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The LG G Pad X 10.1 features a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has 7400mAh of battery capacity instead of 4600mAh.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 features a slightly better camera than LG G Pad X 10.1, although it has a much less mega-pixels back-facing camera and a way lower 1280x720 (HD) video resolution.
