LG G Pad 8.3 has an overall score of 65.9, which is just a bit better than LG G Pad X 8.0's score of 63.5. Although it's the best in our current comparison, we must tell that it's also an a lot older, a little thicker and a little bit heavier portable tablet. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but LG G Pad 8.3 has older 4.4 version and LG G Pad X 8.0 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The LG G Pad 8.3 has a better display than LG G Pad X 8.0, because although it has a just a bit lower pixel count in each inch in the display, and they both have the same resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, the LG G Pad 8.3 also counts with a quite larger display. LG G Pad X 8.0 has a little bit better memory capacity to store more games and applications than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have equal internal storage, the LG G Pad X 8.0 also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
LG G Pad X 8.0 counts with a little better hardware performance than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the LG G Pad X 8.0 also has more CPU cores (but slower). LG G Pad 8.3's battery lifetime is just as good as the LG G Pad X 8.0 one, although the LG G Pad 8.3 has just 4600mAh of battery size.
The LG G Pad 8.3 takes way better pictures and videos than LG G Pad X 8.0. Both have the same video frame rate, the same resolution back facing camera and the same (Full HD) video resolution.
