Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has an overall score of 65, which is a bit better than the LG G Pad X 8.0's 63.5 general score. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has an older 4.1 version while LG G Pad X 8.0 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. LG G Pad X 8.0 counts with a better storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have equal 16 GB internal storage, the LG G Pad X 8.0 also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 128 GB. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has a very superior battery duration than LG G Pad X 8.0, because it has a 7000mAh battery size instead of 4650mAh.
LG G Pad X 8.0 has a better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the LG G Pad X 8.0 also has a back camera with lot more mega pixels.
