The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a bit better than the LG G Pad X 8.0, having a 67.8 score against 63.5. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's design has the same thickness than the LG G Pad X 8.0, but it's heavier. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has 4.4.2 version and LG G Pad X 8.0 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The LG G Pad X 8.0 features a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater display density and a lot better 1200 x 1920 resolution. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 captures a bit better pictures and videos than LG G Pad X 8.0, although it has a much worse 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and a lot lower resolution back facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a much longer battery life than LG G Pad X 8.0, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity instead of 4650mAh.
