The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a little bit better than the LG G Pad X 8.3, getting a global score of 65 against 63.8. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has the previous 4.1 version while LG G Pad X 8.3 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) is a much older, heavier and thicker tablet than LG G Pad X 8.3.

LG G Pad X 8.3 has just a bit better screen than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 and way more pixels per inch in the display. The LG G Pad X 8.3 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a higher number of 1.5 gigahertz cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.

LG G Pad X 8.3 features more memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage, the LG G Pad X 8.3 also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 128 GB. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) features a really longer battery life than LG G Pad X 8.3, because it has a 46% greater battery size.

LG G Pad X 8.3 features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rate, the LG G Pad X 8.3 also has a much more mega-pixels back facing camera.
