Although LG G Pad X II 10.1 is noticeably heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, it's way thinner and also newer. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G Pad X II 10.1 has newer 6.0 Marshmallow version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has Android 4.1 version.
