Comparison review

The LG G Pad X II 10.1 has a global score of 65.4, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9's 58.1 score. LG G Pad X II 10.1's design is incredibly newer and just a bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9's, but it is somewhat heavier. Both tablets we compare here include Android OS, but LG G Pad X II 10.1 has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0, providing the user some nice extra features and some performance improvements.

The LG G Pad X II 10.1 counts with a better performing processing unit than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a greater number of cores. The Galaxy Tab 8.9 has just a bit better looking display than LG G Pad X II 10.1, although it has a little inferior pixels amount per inch in the screen, a bit smaller screen and a way worse 800 x 1280 resolution.

LG G Pad X II 10.1 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a much higher video resolution and a camera with lot more MP. The LG G Pad X II 10.1 counts with a way bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Galaxy Tab 8.9 has a battery life that's very similar to LG G Pad X II 10.1's battery performance.
