Comparison review

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus is a little bit better than the Google Nexus 7, with a 62.5 score against 59.3. The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus is a noticeably newer tablet device, and it is also lighter and a lot thinner than the Google Nexus 7. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has the newer 7.0 Nougat version while Google Nexus 7 has Android 5.1 version, giving some nice extra features and improved performance.

LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus features a little bit better performance than Google Nexus 7, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Google Nexus 7 features a bit better looking screen than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, although it has a way worse resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, a little lower pixel count in each inch of display and a quite smaller display.

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus counts with much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 7, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a much better camera than Google Nexus 7.

The Google Nexus 7 counts with a much longer battery performance than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, because it has 4325mAh of battery capacity.
