Comparison review

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a general score of 62.5, which is slightly better than the HTC Flyer's 58.7 general score. Both tablets we compare here use Android OS, but the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a more recent 7.0 Nougat version and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version. LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus's construction is much newer, a lot thinner and extremely lighter than the HTC Flyer.

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus features a little sharper screen than HTC Flyer, because it has a lot higher number of pixels per inch in the display, a much better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a little bit bigger display. LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus features a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than HTC Flyer, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage, the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus features a bit better processing unit than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory and more processing cores (although slower). The HTC Flyer counts with a better camera than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus. Both of them have the same video frame rate, the same resolution back facing camera and the same (HD) video resolution.

The HTC Flyer has a much longer battery duration than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, because it has a 38 percent bigger battery size.
