LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a score of 62.5, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE's 58.8 general score. The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus design is way newer, thinner and much lighter than the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a newer 7.0 Nougat version while Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has Android 4.0 version, so it gives you some extra features and some performance improvements.

LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus features a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has more cores (although they are slower). The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a way greater screen pixel density.

The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a lot better 1920x1080 video definition and a back facing camera with much more megapixels. LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus counts with much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE, because it has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and 16 GB more internal storage capacity.

Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE has a really longer battery life than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, because it has a 6100mAh battery capacity.
